Patrick Theriault, Managing Director, Strategic Risk Solutions. Patrick oversees Strategic Risk Solutions’ captive management activities in eastern United States. He has over 15 years’ experience forming and managing captive insurance companies, including single parent, small captives, cells, groups and risk retention groups.
Ron Sulisz, President, Strategic Risk Solutions International, which combines SRS’s offshore captive management activities in Barbados, Cayman and Bermuda. Ron has over 20 years captive and insurance industry experience. He was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of the Cayman Islands National Insurance Company Ltd. and is a past Chairman of the Insurance Managers’ Association of Cayman.
Stuart King, Managing Director, SRS Europe. Stuart is responsible for the development of the firm’s captive management and consulting operations in Europe. He has held risk finance advisory and insurance and captive management positions at the two largest global brokerage firms in addition to having experience of financial, regulatory and capital reporting of structured finance solutions at a large global reinsurer.
