Chad Buskirk
SRS U.S. Director of Medical Stop Loss, Captive Management

Mr. Buskirk has over 25 years of experience in finance leadership and TPA service roles. Most recently, he led the Roundstone Insurance firm as its Chief Accounting Officer and is excited to join SRS, a leader in captive management services.

“I am thrilled to join SRS at this pivotal point in my career.  The values and vision of SRS align with my professional goals and personal ethos,” said Mr. Buskirk. “I believe my extensive experience with medical stop loss captives will be a significant asset to the team at SRS, and I am eager to contribute to the company’s continued success and innovation.”

Mr. Buskirk will be part of the SRS U.S. captive management operations under the guidance of SRS Managing Director of US Captive Management Patrick Theriault. Providing medical stop loss in a captive can be a flexible tool that provides more cost control and stability for the captive's members. With SRS’ continuing commitment to providing clients and the captive industry with the highest quality service, this appointment is yet another step among the many on SRS' path to growth.

“SRS has seen a significant interest in medical stop loss-focused captives and desired to have someone with significant experience in this industry to help lead the client service teams for these types of captives,” said Mr. Theriault. “We found this with Chad, who has a wealth of experience not only on the financial reporting side but also claims administration.”
