Armed with a Master's in Insurance from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, Brady boasts over 25 years of captive insurance experience.

His academic foundation complements his expertise in consulting with U.S. and European businesses across various sectors. His strategic insights have contributed to the formation of numerous captives.

Before joining SRS, Brady enhanced risk management practices in cities like London, Boston, and Toronto during his eight years at Tillinghast-Towers Perrin. He gained experience handling diverse risk management tasks and captive-related assignments for groups and corporations, addressing a range of risks.
