Location: Concord, MA
Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a junior consultant to our team based in Concord, MA.
Role
The position requires an individual that is a team player with strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will be required to “hit the deck running” and immediately get involved in performing captive feasibility studies and providing technical support to existing captive clients located in various domiciles.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered candidates must have at least the following minimum qualifications:
- A bachelors or Master’s degree with a concentration in a business related field
- At least 5 years of experience working in the insurance industry, preferably in an underwriting or technical position
- Excellent computer skills with Excel and other software programs
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivation with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks
- Excellent references from past employer(s)
- Experience working in a fast paced deadline oriented environment
